Atrium
The main entrance to the Ricoh Arena leads into the main atrium with access to the following areas:

Baby Facilities
Baby changing facilities are available within the Jaguar Exhibition Hall and Singers Bar & Bistro.
Car Parking
There are 2,000 spaces on-site and car parking charges may apply. If you are an organiser requiring further information regarding charges for your event please contact the events team 0844 873 6350.
Cash Machines
There is a LINK cash machine on-site in the Arena's atrium.
Cloakrooms
Cloakrooms are arranged on an event-by-event basis; please refer to the exhibition listing for further details for your event.

Lost Children
Lost and found children should be reported immediately to our Guest Host Services desk located in the atrium.
Lost Property
All lost property found on-site should be taken to the Guest Host Services desk who will log the item.
If you have lost something on-site then please ask at the Guest Host Services desk or if you have left the Ricoh Arena, call 0844 873 6500 and select option one / option one.
Medical
First aiders are available on site.
If you require a medical room for your event please discuss your requirements with your Event Planner.
Prayer Room
A Prayer Room can be arranged for you - please discuss your requirements with your Event Planner.
Shuttle Service
The Ricoh Arena only operates a shuttle service for large events. If you have a specific requirement for a shuttle service please contact your Event Planner. You can find the event contact details on the 'contact us' page.

WiFi Access
WiFi is available on-site. If you are staying at the on-site hotel you can purchase WiFi from the Guest Host Services desk, priced at £10 per hour or £20 for 24 hours.
