Event Manager - Exhibitions

We're recruiting for an Event Manager to work within the Event Planning Team, achieving successful delivery of Exhibitions and Large Scale Conferences at the Ricoh Arena.

Graphic Designer

Reporting to the Creative Manager

  • Interpreting a brief and liaising with the client to develop exciting and innovative solutions in line with the Wasps and Ricoh Arena brands
  • Creation of print and digital design
  • Liaising with printers and external companies
  • Ability to work productively to tight deadlines

Requirements

Formal training in a design field to HND or degree level

A minimum of 2 years experience, ideally working with Blue Chip companies

A strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign with experience across all media

Knowledge of HTML and CSS is desirable

A portfolio demonstrating strong technical and creative ability

confidence to work on multiple projects

A keen eye for detail

The successful candidate

This position would ideally suit a junior designer ready to take the next step in their career. They will need to be a team player who can come up with creative solutions, be highly motivated and able to work independently, under pressure and to tight deadlines. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects in a unique and exciting environment.

Head of Housekeeping

We are currently recruiting for a dynamic individual who takes pride in their work to manage our Housekeeping Team.

The successful candidate will be required to help to develop, support and mentor our existing team to continually provide consistent high standards of cleanliness. As Head of Housekeeping the successful candidate will be responsible for working alongside the senior management team and responsible for labour forecasts, ensuring that labour budgets are met and maintained, managing stock rotation and control and working with our facilities team to ensure the venue always looks its best.

This position is a permanent position based on 40 hours per week with a full job description attached below.

Assistant Housekeeping Manager

We are currently recruiting for a dynamic individual who takes pride in their work to join our Housekeeping Team.

We are recruiting match day kiosk team members to join our vast and successful retail food and beverage team. By providing excellent customer service from one of our many retail points around the arena our kiosk team members are the face of our business.
