Sales and Planning Executive - Short Lead

We are seeking a Short Lead – Sales and Planning Executive to join our team at Ricoh Arena

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and managing event bookings for the location and to actively work as part of the event planning and sales team to enhance the standard of the event and increase the incremental sales of the event.

As Sales and Planning Executive the successful candidate will work proactively with event organisers to achieve a successful event for both the organisers within a short lead time of 6 weeks. Responsibilities will also include operating and maintaining the systems for client ordering and all related processing, ensuring the highest standards of accurate and timely customer, staff and management information and to ensure that all planning administration is accomplished effectively & accurately and that a seamless handover is completed for the Sales Team to rebook.

This position is a permanent position based on 40 hours per week.

Wasps Match Day Stewards

Wasps Match Day Stewards

We are now recruiting for Wasps Match Day Stewards to join our friendly, approachable security and stewarding team.

Successful candidates will be responsible for stewarding public areas of the stadium including the main hospitality areas ensuring that our guests receive excellent customer service through providing of clear and accurate information as well as ensuring the safety of our guests.

Applicants for these roles must be flexible as work can often begin early and finish late. Previous stewarding experience would be beneficial but is not essential. Due to the nature of this work all applicants must be aged 18 or over.

Hotel & Restaurant Team

Barista

We are currently recruiting trained baristas to work in our onsite Costa Coffee with our dedicated restaurant team. Our busy, vibrant coffee house is at the heart of our arena and is open most days of the week.

Experience in barista work is essential for this role and we are seeking persons who are available to work weekdays as well as weekends.

Kitchen Team

Breakfast Chef

We are looking to recruit a Breakfast Chef to join the team at Ricoh Arena

The ideal candidate will have experience in producing quality food while ensuring all levels of health and safety are maintained.

As Breakfast Chef the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong and dependable work ethic and the ability to work under pressure in a very active Kitchen as well as organise and cook all breakfast items required for our hotel guests and visitors to the venue. Previous professional cooking experience is essential.

This position is a permanent position based on 30 hours per week.

Commis Chef

Hosting a wide range of diversified kitchens, we have a large, talented and energetic cooking team. We are seeking an experienced Commis Chef to join our cooking team to deliver the market leading food we pride ourselves on.

Assistant Housekeeping Manager

We are currently recruiting for a dynamic individual who takes pride in their work to join our Housekeeping Team.

The successful candidate will be required to help to develop, support and mentor our existing team to continually provide consistent high standards of cleanliness.

As Assistant Housekeeping manager the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Head of Housekeeping with producing labour forecasts, ensuring that labour budgets are met and maintained, managing stock rotation and control and working with our facilities team to ensure the venue always looks its best.

Hotel Housekeeping Team Leader

We are seeking housekeeping team leaders to join our dedicated hotel team. With over 120 bedrooms our on-site hotel provides accommodation to our event clients as well as members of the public.

Successful candidates will be responsible for leading and motivating a small team to deliver excellent cleaning and housekeeping services to all of our bedrooms and hotel areas. With a keen eye for detail we require our supervisors to ensure the highest level of cleanliness in maintained throughout the venue at all times.

Security Team

Security SIA Blue Stripe

We are currently recruiting for Security Officers. The role of the SIA Licensed Door Supervisor is to ensure the safety and security of people, equipment, premises and property. You will be responsible for security and crowd management requirements of high profile events, maintaining a good corporate Image and a high standard of customer service and professionalism.

We are recruiting match day kiosk team members to join our vast and successful retail food and beverage team. By providing excellent customer service from one of our many retail points around the arena our kiosk team members are the face of our business.
