Business Development Manager
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our fantastic team at the Ricoh Arena.
The role is to sell this fantastic venue to potential customers, ensuring that the customers are aware of what we can do for their event. You will be the face of the Ricoh Arena when customers arrive for a site tour or make enquires. It is vital that they are warmly and efficiently welcomed, as you confidently ‘read’ and respond appropriately to their individual requirements.

We are looking for a Hotel Receptionist to join our team at the Ricoh Arena.
The role will be to deliver great guest service as the face of De Vere Venues @ Ricoh Arena when people arrive at the desk in person, or make telephone enquiries. It‟s vital that they are warmly and efficiently welcomed, as you confidently „read‟ and respond appropriately to their individual requirements. Equally, when they check out, we want them to leave happy and satisfied, looking forward to their next visit.

The state of the art Ricoh Arena, Coventry is currently recruiting for Kitchen Porters helping to ensure the smooth operation of the back of house team.

Bar Team Member

We are currently recruiting for event stewards. You must be at least 18 years old and ideally you will have previous stewarding or customer care experience, however this is not essential as there is on the job training. Excellent verbal communication skills and a common sense approach are essential. An aptitude to working with the public, a friendly, approachable and professional manner are all important but, above all, flexibility is key.
