Inclusive design is at the heart of the IEC at the Ricoh Arena to ensure that the venue is accessible for all.
A minimum of 5% of the total car parking spaces provided are wide bays. There are 100 bays suitable for disabled drivers on-site. Access into the building from these bays is along walkways with a gradient of no more than 1:15.

Entrance into the north entrance of the Ricoh Arena is via a low gradient entrance for easy access by wheelchair users.
All lift control panels are located at a level which can be easily reached by wheelchair users.
Braille or tactile buttons have also been used within this facility.
All lifts have a voice and visual indication of the floor level.
All stairs and ramps are fitted with handrails and balustrades.
Accessible toilets are available on all levels and are accessed by a RADAR key.
All conference and meeting rooms have an accessible toilet within close proximity. All restaurants and bar areas are accessible for wheelchair users.
Staff in the venue are always happy to assist with your enquiries as required.
All assistance dogs are welcome. Venue staff should be approached for further information. It is, however, not recommended that animals be subjected to the loud noises or special effects from concerts.
The venue should be contacted directly should you have concerns or special requirements.
