Find all the information you’ll need before seeing Catfish and the Bottlemen at Ricoh Arena on Saturday 4 May 2019.

THE NAME OF THE LEAD BOOKER WILL BE PRINTED ON ALL TICKETS THEY PURCHASED, THIS PERSON MUST BE IN ATTENDANCE AT THE CONCERT.

The name cannot be changed once the purchase has been made.

When the lead booker attends the show they will be asked to present matching PHOTO ID to gain entry to the venue. IF THE ID DOES NOT MATCH ENTRY WILL BE REFUSED.

The ticket purchaser must enter the concert accompanied by all their guests. Guests will not be allowed entry without the lead booker present and ID matching the name on the tickets.

BUS SERVICES

Number 8 Bus from Coventry Train Station to Coventry Transport Museum.

Number 4 or Number 5 from Coventry Transport Museum to Arena Park (Tesco).

(Once you arrive at Arena Park there is an underpass which takes you into Car Park B of the Ricoh Arena. Follow signs for the Ricoh Arena from here).

TAXI

For our local taxi service please visit Allens Taxis. A taxi rank is located directly outside the entrance of Coventry train station, for those choosing this route. Taxi fares cost between £13 and £15 per journey to the Ricoh Arena from the train station.

 

COVENTRY TRAIN SERVICE

ARENA STATION WILL BE CLOSED POST CONCERT

We will be providing three shuttle buses from Coventry Train Station from 16:00 and will depart Arena Park service road at concert finish time at 23:00.

The cost of this service is £5.00 return per person or £3.00 single.

Please Note – There are no trains running between Coventry Railway Station and London Euston due to engineering work. The last train leaving Coventry Railway Station to Birmingham New Street is 23:30.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE NORTH

Take the M1 southbound, leave the M1 at junction 21, then at the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the M69 (signposted Coventry, Birmingham) Leave the M69 branching left (signposted Birmingham M6, Coventry North and Central A4600). Keep in right-hand lane then continue forward (signposted Birmingham) joining the M6 at junction 2. Leave the M6 at junction 3, then take 2nd exit onto Phoenix Way - A444 (signposted Coventry)

DIRECTIONS FROM THE NORTH-WEST

Take the M6 southbound. Leave the M6 at junction 3 (signposted Coventry North) then at the roundabout take the 4th exit onto Phoenix Way - A444 (signposted Coventry).

DIRECTIONS FROM THE SOUTH

Take the M40 northbound. Leave the M40 at junction 15, then at the roundabout take the 4th exit onto Warwick Bypass - A46 (signposted Coventry). Continue forward to join the A444, take left hand lane (signposted City Centre) onto London Road - A4114. Continue forward on London Road - until you reach the Ring Road. Stay in right-hand lane and take 2nd exit onto the Ring Road. Leave the Ring Road at junction 3 - at roundabout take 2nd exit onto Sky Blue Way. Proceed forward over traffic lights. At next roundabout, take 1st exit onto A444, signposted Nuneaton. Continue forward on A444, straight on at roundabouts until you see the Ricoh Arena.

Take the M1 northbound. Taking the left hand lane, join the M6 motorway (sign posted M6 The North West, Coventry North, Birmingham). Leave the M6 at junction 3, then at the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Phoenix Way - A444 (signposted Coventry) If you haven’t pre booked parking please follow signs to Official Event Parking

Take the A14 westbound. Continue forward, then join the M6 motorway (signposted M6, The North West, Birmingham, Coventry). Leave the M6 at junction 3 (signposted Coventry North) then at the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Phoenix Way - A444 (signposted Coventry) If you haven’t pre booked parking please follow signs to Official Event Parking

STRICTLY NO EVENT PARKING IN ARENA PARK (TESCO) THEY OPERATE AN ANPR SYSTEM AND FINES ARE ISSUED.

 

RESIDENTS’ PARKING – IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please be aware that there is strictly NO parking available in side streets near to the Ricoh Arena. A strict residents’ parking scheme is enforced on event days as part of the Ricoh Arena’s green travel plan. This enforcement lies within 2km of the venue.

CAN I BUY TICKETS ON THE DAY?

No, this concert has sold out. You can check out our tickets page for upcoming music events at Ricoh Arena.

 

WHAT FOOD AND DRINK WILL BE AVAILABLE?

We will have a number of hot and cold food outlets available, with a variety of offerings, available around the Ericsson Indoor Arena.

 

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINK?

Sorry, but this is not permitted. There are plenty of food and drinks outlets within the Ricoh Arena to suit a variety of tastes. You will not be permitted to bring your own water or soft drinks.

 

ARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS FOR THE CONCERT?

Over 14s only. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

Unfortunately, there is no cloakroom available onsite.

 

IS THERE A CASH MACHINE ONSITE?

There is a cash machine available located opposite main reception at the North Entrance. Please note this is not accessible once you have entered the Ericsson Indoor Area and pass outs are not permitted once you have entered.

 

CAN I TAKE PICTURES AT THE EVENT?

Yes, we encourage you to share your experiences on social media. Please note, no professional cameras/video-cameras will be permitted.

 

CAN I BRING PERFUME/AFTERSHAVE?

No. We don’t allow any liquids or glass bottles into the venue so we advise not bringing perfume or aftershave, otherwise you will have to dispose of this before entry.

  • Our on-site medical staff are there to help you if you feel unwell.
  • Challenge 25 will be in operation – Please remember ID if you are lucky enough to look younger than you are!

  • Security searches are in operation, please try to only bring essential items and don’t bring large bags / holdalls etc. to reduce your queue time
  • Be alert to pickpockets – Remember to keep hold of your mobile phone

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE

We apologise but any item not allowed into the venue by security staff remains the responsibility of its owner and the venue will not take any responsibility for items left. Items left outside will be removed and disposed of. Customers wishing to keep an item should take the item to an area for safe keeping such as their vehicle. There is no cloakroom facility on site.

We operate a strict NO RE-ENTRY policy. If you leave the building then you will be refused access back inside.
