COVENTRY TRAIN SERVICE
ARENA STATION IS OPEN AS PER NORMAL TRAIN TIMETABLE FOR ARRIVAL. THE STATION WILL BE CLOSED POST CONCERT.
Please note – on 3 and 4 June, the last train leaving Coventry Railway Station to London Euston is at 11.31PM.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE NORTH
Take the M1 southbound, leave the M1 at junction 21, then at the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the M69 (signposted Coventry, Birmingham) Leave the M69 branching left (signposted Birmingham M6, Coventry North and Central A4600). Keep in right-hand lane then continue forward (signposted Birmingham) joining the M6 at junction 2. Leave the M6 at junction 3, then take 2nd exit onto Phoenix Way - A444 (signposted Coventry).
DIRECTIONS FROM THE NORTH-WEST
Take the M6 southbound. Leave the M6 at junction 3 (signposted Coventry North) then at the roundabout take the 4th exit onto Phoenix Way - A444 (signposted Coventry).
DIRECTIONS FROM THE SOUTH
Take the M40 northbound. Leave the M40 at junction 15, then at the roundabout take the 4th exit onto Warwick Bypass - A46 (signposted Coventry). Continue forward to join the A444, take left hand lane (signposted City Centre) onto London Road - A4114. Continue forward on London Road - until you reach the Ring Road. Stay in right-hand lane and take 2nd exit onto the Ring Road. Leave the Ring Road at junction 3 - at roundabout take 2nd exit onto Sky Blue Way. Proceed forward over traffic lights. At next roundabout, take 1st exit onto A444, signposted Nuneaton. Continue forward on A444, straight on at roundabouts until you see the Ricoh Arena.

Take the M1 northbound. Taking the left hand lane, join the M6 motorway (sign posted M6 The North West, Coventry North, Birmingham). Leave the M6 at junction 3, then at the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Phoenix Way - A444 (signposted Coventry).

Take the A14 westbound. Continue forward, then join the M6 motorway (signposted M6, The North West, Birmingham, Coventry). Leave the M6 at junction 3 (signposted Coventry North) then at the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Phoenix Way - A444 (signposted Coventry).

Please be aware that there is strictly NO parking available in side streets near to the Ricoh Arena. A strict residents’ parking scheme is enforced on event days as part of the Ricoh Arena’s green travel plan. This enforcement lies within 2km of the venue.

CAN I BUY TICKETS ON THE DAY?
Yes, limited tickets will be available for purchase on the day from our ticket office. Our ticket office will also be open and selling tickets for upcoming Ricoh Arena events.
WHAT FOOD AND DRINK WILL BE AVAILABLE?
The Green Room will be open from 3pm until 1.30am serving a selection of food and drinks.
We will also have Legends Lounge that will be serving hotdogs, cocktails and prosecco. In addition to this there will be a variety of food and drinks outlets around the Ricoh Arena concourse within the stadium bowl.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINK?
Sorry, but this is not permitted. There are plenty of food and drinks outlets within the Ricoh Arena to suit a variety of tastes. You will not be permitted to bring your own water or soft drinks.

There are no ATMs available onsite. You can use cash and card at all bars and kiosks.

Yes, we encourage you to share your experiences on social media. Please note, no professional cameras/video-cameras will be permitted.
CAN I BRING PERFUME/AFTERSHAVE?
No. We don’t allow any liquids or glass bottles into the venue so we advise not bringing perfume or aftershave, otherwise you will have to dispose of this before entry.
WHERE CAN I BUY MERCHANDISE?
There will be a number of merchandise outlets available both outside and inside the stadium.

- For everyone’s safety Ricoh Arena is a zero tolerence venue to drugs and legal highs
- Look after each other – agree a meeting point if you get separated from your friends
- If you have any concerns during the day speak to our stewarding team
- Our onsite medical staff are there to help you if you feel unwell.
- Challenge 25 will be in operation – please remember ID if you are lucky enough to look younger than you are!

For ALL of the performances, fans will be able to carry the following style and size bag, package, or container when approaching queue lines of fans awaiting entry into the venue:
All bags no bigger than A4 in size.
• Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items after proper declaration and inspection.
Also prohibited will be coolers of any size, soft or hard sided.
- Security searches are in operation. Please try to only bring essential items.
- Be alert to pickpockets – remember to keep hold of your mobile phone.
- We want you to have a great time here, but if you see anything suspicious please let our stewarding team know.

We apologise but any item not allowed into the venue by security staff remains the responsibility of its owner and the venue will not take any responsibility for items left. Items left outside will be removed and disposed of. Customers wishing to keep an item should take the item to an area for safe keeping such as their vehicle. There is no cloakroom facility on site.
